Ordering

When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email with information about the products, prices and delivery address.
If you find an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via info@storboden.se .


Payment

We offer payment via:

  • Pay directly (via bank transfer or card)

  • Pay later (within 14 days)

  • Part payment (fixed or flexible arrangements)

💳 Card payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard (issued within the Nordic region).

Delivery

We always deliver to agents . Normal delivery time is 3–5 working days .
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the next weekday at the earliest.
In case of delays we have not announced – contact us at info@storboden.se .

📦 Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 199 for return shipping and handling.


Prices

All prices are in SEK including 25% VAT . We reserve the right to any printing errors, final sales or price adjustments from the supplier.


Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

🔁 How to make a return:
Send an email to info@storboden.se with your name, address, order number and which goods you want to return.
You are responsible for the return shipping ( 99 SEK ) and are responsible for ensuring that the item is in good condition and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be made after the return has been received and approved. In the case of a used or damaged product, we have the right to make a deduction corresponding to the decrease in value.


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made goods (e.g. t-shirts with your own print)

  • Broken hygiene products

  • Services already performed

  • Food

  • Newspapers


Complaint

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us directly via info@storboden.se with your name, address, order number and picture/description of the error.
If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for the return shipping. We follow ARN's guidelines.


Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or delays beyond our control (Force Majeure).

We always try to display our products accurately, but colors may vary depending on screen and resolution.
