Winter is the season of contrast, stillness and focus. When the colors are muted, the air becomes clear and everything moves more slowly. This category brings together expressions and motifs that capture the feeling of winter , not as Christmas decorations, but as a season.
This is what people actually mean when they search for winter themes , winter feelings , winter as a season and visual expressions associated with cold, calm and clarity. Snow, frost, stripped-down shapes and cold color tones – winter reduced to its core expression.
Winter as a season is also closely linked to how people think about winter clothing , layers, materials and function. The same sense of protection, simplicity and weight is reflected in the motifs and expressions associated with winter.
This category is for those of you looking for seasonal inspiration for winter , want to change your expression according to the season, or are drawn to the calmer, more stripped-down aesthetic of winter.
This is winter without decorations.
More clarity than comfort.
