Uppsala, where history is present without taking over. This retro-inspired poster interprets the city in classic mid-century travel style, with clear shapes, calm color fields and a balanced composition that reflects Uppsala's academic weight and leisurely pace.


The motif revolves around the city's silhouette along the Fyrisån River, with the cathedral tower as the obvious centerpiece. Everything is stripped down to the essentials – architecture, water and sky – without superfluous details. The result is graphic, harmonious and timeless, with an expression that works just as well in modern environments as in more classic rooms.

The illustration is printed on a light, classic semi-gloss paper that gives the colors depth and clarity without being shiny.
